Magnificent hotel, stuff where pleasant and the location was beautiful in an area of outstanding natural beauty. Got the same superior queen room with balcony facing the mountain booked online, thoroughly enjoyed that. Location: the property was so close to Right beside a ski lift, both the Steinberg restaurant and Rubin's bar, and such areas. A few times I ate at Jodlbuehel, located just a short walk away from the hotel.

I chose this hotel for attending a product showcase and it provided six bright conference rooms, flooded with natural light, accommodating up to 420 people. The facilities were excellent and created the perfect atmosphere for our event.

The only service that I missed for my work was a dedicated business center. It would have been helpful to have a space specifically designed for business needs such as printing, copying, and faxing documents.

It was an excellent stay on vacation. I loved the room with a stunning view. The location seemed stunning and beautiful to the nearby mountains. The staff was super-friendly - I would come there again.

The breathtaking views from the room made us feel like we were in a postcard-perfect mountain paradise. Exploring the nearby ski slopes was an absolute thrill, and the convenient ski rental shop made it so easy to get everything we needed. The kids club was a hit with our little ones, keeping them entertained and allowing us parents to enjoy some much-needed relaxation time. the hotel provided a wonderful experience for our family, and we can't wait to come back for another adventure!

For dads, it would be great if the kids club had longer operating hours.

I was amazed by the stunning and distinctive Tirolean style of this hotel. The lobby was beautifully decorated and the restaurants offered delicious food. The highlight for me was the huge wellness area, with 5 saunas and a swimming pool, even outside! Whether you're skiing or just relaxing in the spa, this place is a winter paradise. Comparing price and quality, it's hard to find better accommodation in the area. I highly recommend this hotel for an excellent stay.

Truly enjoyed this amazing stay on vacation. View was breathtaking, breakfast was excellent, and beds were large. The rooms were fashionable & spotless, the decoration was stylish. It had excellent staff. A nice outdoor restaurant was open on site.

The hotel rooms are big size and soundproof with a nice balcony.

The fitness center has enough equipment to start my own gym. The spa is a maze of pools and saunas, perfect for getting lost in. All day spas come with free parking, because it's so hard to find a parking spot in the mountains.

No cons, everything was absolutely perfect!

This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. I especially loved the location, nestled in an area of outstanding natural beauty, right on the slope. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were cozy, with a cute balcony offering stunning views of the mountains. And to top it all off, the breakfast was delightful, served with a lovely view.

also, location was stunning and amazing, relatively near museum jochberg. the area was amazing just off restaurants and shops, the next ski lift, and a nearby tavern. the room was beautifully designed and brand-new with beautiful view to the mountains, with essentials required.

The rooms were excellent with a comfortable bed, and beautiful bathrooms, including a separate shower and bath. The hotel's location was perfect for access to nearby activities, and the efficient bike hire service was good.

Although overall good, the staff at the front desk wasn't always the friendliest. the car valet service could be slow on occasion.

The free sledges for the kids were great fun and kept them entertained for hours. The location was stunning with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. The complementary breakfast was amazing and kept us going for the day of exploring.

The rooms were small and not as advertised on the website, making our stay uncomfortable. The spa facilities were not suitable for families with young children, with nothing equipped for them to enjoy.
